Animal Services Director

The Animal Services Director is a dynamic, highly motivated individual who, in collaboration with executive leadership, will lead the Animal Care and Adoption Center teams for the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia (HSNEGA). The director will oversee HSNEGA services as related to the rescue, care and release of animals including kennel management/ housing, intakes, adoptions, rescue enrichment/training, and foster family program.

Development Specialist

The Humane Society of Northeast (HSNEGA) is looking for a talented, self-driven individual to assist with coordinating the organization’s donor relations and fundraising efforts to external and internal audiences as well as special events. Vet. Technician/Assistant

The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia is currently recruiting for a Veterinary Technician/Assistant to provide surgical and other medical support in a shelter setting. Specifically, the role provides assistance to the Medical Director, Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians with providing Wellness Clinic & Spay/Neuter services to clients of the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia. Experience in a veterinary clinic, veterinary hospital, and/or animal shelter or control facility is preferred.

Volunteer and Education Coordinator

The Volunteer & Education Coordinator directs the recruitment, training and retention of volunteers for the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia (HSNEGA) for assistance with day-to-day activities at the facility as well as coordinates and implements education programs in the local and regional community including on- and off-site visits. This position also leads the Education Programs that support and are based on HSNEGA and community goals.
