Join the staff of the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia for one of our Weekend Rabies & Wellness Clinics. Five positive cases of rabies have already been reported in Hall County for 2012. Don’t miss this opportunity to make sure your animals’ vaccinations are up-to-date and ensure their safety and well-being.

The February 25 clinic will be held at North Hall High School, located at 4885 Mount Vernon Road in Gainesville, from 9-11:30 a.m.

In addition to low-cost rabies shots, low-cost vaccinations and microchipping for cats and dogs also will be available. Costs are $10 per shot and $20 per microchip. No residency restrictions apply; all northeast Georgia pet owners are welcome to attend this clinic.

No appointments are needed for the clinic, however, puppies and kittens must be at least 3 months old for rabies vaccinations. All pets must be in a carrier or securely leashed.
