|  2011 Love for Sale Adoption Weekend Thank you to everyone who adopted during our Love for Sale Valentine's Adoption Special, held the weekend of Feb. 12-13. 40 animals found new forever homes over 2-day event...here are a few of them with their new parent(s)!
|  Spout Springs Elementary Visit Thank you to the Spout Springs Elementary, Dog and Cat enrichment cluster. Students visited on March 30th and brought a bus full of donations! Thank you to Spout Springs Elementary for continually supporting our shelter!
|  U.S.A.'s Pageants Support Shelter The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia would like to express our gratitude to the youth and teen representatives from U.S.A.’s Pageants who recently held a pageant wide donation drive to benefit HSNEGA. U.S.A. Pageants and its contestants have been supporters of the shelter for many years and we appreciate their continued assistance. Current pageant finalists visited the shelter in September 2011 to drop-off the items they had gathered this year and visit with our animals.

 2013 HSNEGA Volunteer LIFE SAVERS of the Month As a non-profit agency, the HSNEGA has a small staff and relies heavily on our team of volunteers. Volunteers play a vital role in caring for and finding homes for an average 6,000 to 8,000 pets annually. We couldn't do any of this without our compassionate, dedicated, long-term volunteers.
Each month, HSNEGA staffers recognize our outstanding volunteers by choosing one extra-special person who makes our job so much easier. Thank you to all our HSNEGA volunteers and remember, you can join our LIFE-SAVING volunteer team, too!
|  Full Media Volunteer Day Special thanks to our pawesome friends at Full Media who chose the Humane Society for their quarterly day of service! Their staff spent the morning painting our conference room and socializing with our puppies and adult dogs. HSNEGA also would like to give a "High Paw" to our friends at Home Depot Gainesville and Gainesville Paint & Decorating for donating the paint and paint supplies. As always, we could not accomplish our mission without the help of our supporters in the community!
