Animal loving kids will have a howling good time at the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia’s 2011-2012 Pet P.A.L.S. Kids Club for kids age’s ten to twelve! Pet P.A.L.S. Members meet monthly on Fridays from 4P.M. to 6P.M. to listen to animal related guest speakers, share ideas, get creative with animal crafts, and work with our Humane Society adoption animals from September through April. Members will learn what it takes to “Prepare Animals for Love and Shelter” while helping the adoption animals. Membership fee is $60 for one quarter, $100 for the entire school year, or try one meeting for just $15. The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia recognizes that teaching children to value animals through fun, hands-on activities promotes respect and positive attitudes for all living beings.
