are up-to-date on heartworm and flea/tick preventative, health-checked by a vet, and,
most importantly, spayed or neutered.

Description:
Indy is a fun loving young lad, that is perfect for a active family! Indy is a eight month old, Retriever/ Staffordshire Terrier mix mix. Indy is a neutered boy, and is housebroken (but will certainly need a refresher course and some patience after spending so much time in our shelter). Indy loves to play, chase, and fetch. He active love of life will keep your attention for hours. Indy would be best for a family looking for a active, fun loving dog. With Indy’s sharp wit and loyalty, he would do amazingly well in obedience school and make a perfect house pet. Indy has been with us since September and we are ready to find this happy pup his forever home.
All Adult Dogs from the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia are checked out by the wellness vet, have a fecal examination, and heart worm test. As well as Distemper, Parvo, StrongID, rabies shots and microchip. The adoption fee is $100 and covers all of the above, as well as having the animal spayed or neutered before being adopted! All adopters are also given a gift certificate for 50% off obedience training at the Lake Lanier Kennel Club and free dog traning workshops with Puppy Adept at our shelter! Our adoption process is easy and only takes about 25 minutes, and most of the time you can take the animal home with you that day!
