2012 Life Savers Calendar Contest

You know your pet is a star—now it’s time the rest of the world knows it, too! Submit your pet’s best photo for our 2012 Life Savers Calendar!
All pets can be entered, from purebred pups to all-American mutts, rabbits to rodents, kitties to ponies. Twelve animals will be selected as “Pets of the Month” for January–December 2012, and one very special animal will be chosen to grace the front cover of the calendar! All 13 finalists also will win a Professional Photography Session and an 8x10 portrait (valued at $200)! All other submitted photos will be included as part of the Life Saver Gallery.
To enter your pet’s photo, download the entry form below and send your photo with your $20 entry fee. Please submit a NON-RETURNABLE color photo, preferably horizontal layout containing ONLY animals with one pet per photo. Digital photos should be shot in “best” quality and printed on high-quality photo paper.
Photos also can be submitted via email; please contact HSNEGA for information on submitting your photo electronically. Unfortunately, we cannot accept copyrighted or professional photos. All pets entering MUST be available during the month of July 2011 for a professional photo shoot if chosen as a finalist.
On the back of each photo submitted, please include the pet’s name, the owner’s name, and the owner’s contact information. Please note that photos sent electronically will not be considered for judging until the entry fee payment is received.
HSNEGA employees and immediate family members are not eligible to enter. HSNEGA also reserves the right to refuse any entry which does not meet the entry rules or is deemed inappropriate for its audience or mission.
